How To Host A Dinner Party for 4

This weekend we had a "group" reunion of sorts at Cassie's new cabin. It's a small cute place, and she only has 2 chairs at the moment, so we had to make this situation work.

Step 1: Presentation:

We set up 2 plates on the coffee table, it was set up nice enough so it looked classy, and totally planned.

Step 2: Great food!
My favorite GO TO recipe of all time is stuffed chicken, so here is my recipe:
You need: Thin sliced chicken breasts, cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella cheese, ritz crackers, one egg, toothpicks, Parmesan cheese. 
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350.
Cut up your spinach, and mix it with cream cheese and mozerella cheese.
Set aside.
Grab 2 smalls bowls, crack an egg in one, and crush the ritz with parmesan cheese in the other.

Then lay out your chicken breasts, add your cream cheese mixture to one end.

Roll--cream cheese side tucked in first, pin with a toothpick.

Dip in the egg, then roll in the ritz, it will get messy totally worth it.

Place in a baking dish and bake for one hour!
Pair it with some yummy sides and you have a classy dinner.

Then Step 3: Games--
Throw some board games into the mix with some music playing in the background, its great fun and everyone has a blast.

There you have it! My perfect dinner party night.

This is my night tonight, addressing envelopes to send the Zines in! We are no longer accepting orders at this time. With all the printing, paypal fees and shipping costs, I ended up losing 90 dollars. Justin was not a happy camper, =/.
But, I have been getting quite a few emails about blog designs which is a good thing, people are wanting a new "fall" look, and I totally agree! if you want one you should email me about my specials cough cough. All my fonts are wacky right now, I cant figure out what I want here on this blog lol.




Today we went apartment hunting. I went to 17 complexes, and it was 101 degrees outside. I was sweating in my gryffindor shirt needless to say. 
We liked two places. 
We have decided to get a 1 bedroom, we don't really need a 2 bedroom, we just wanted one. So we are going to shoot for a one bedroom, and work with the space! 
Do any of you know cute blogs about apartment places (besides apartment therapy?) 
We are thinking, since we don't need to entertain anyone, we will make the living room more a bedroom, and the bedroom our office? Our our dining room the office? I don't know! I am so confused! 
Tomorrow we are hanging out in the mountains with our two friends, its going to be great fun! Time to relax and destress.

I hope we sign a lease today and move into a new home, I am itching to get the rest of our lives started.
My red hair is serving me nicely. I don't think I will keep it long though, I do love dark brown hair.

How excited are you guys about Halloween, for reals I am counting down the days.  I know what I am going to be, which means I need to lay off the cookies, lol.

Does anyone have any book recommendations? I am itching to read something good, especially if its a sad memoir, those are my FAVORITE.

Today and tomorrow I am printing off the ZINE and they should be at your house by September 15th, that is what we are rooting for.

On other news, our bfffff Cassie is almost all moved in to her new cabin.

We moved everything in the dark, fun fun fun.

So today I decided to dye my hair. I have been dying it on and off the color red since middle school. I just like how red brings out my eyes! Here are 2 shots from outside before I lost the light

**Oatmeal Reeses Chocolate Chip Cookies**
Grab a package of semi sweet morsels, follow the instructions, then add a cup of oatmeal, and 5 crumbled reeses cups!
Yum.
